Solution Analyst, Accounts and Deposits

What is the role and team like?

The Accounts and Deposits team is currently enabling a gradual transformation of Retail and Corporate Banking segments in OP Financial Group. Transformation is enabled by shared core banking system and other system upgrades. As the name suggest, Core Banking System tribe is responsible of OP's new core banking system and successful transformation, also known as Valas, as a whole.

We´re continuing to fit this new system into OP's technology environment. For this reason, we are now seeking for a Solution Analyst to analyze, create solutions and document in the Core Banking System area concentrating on accounts and deposits.

We are looking for a technical Solution Analyst for the account and Deposit team, who has experience in making solution architecture and communicating and working together with implementing teams.
 

What are we looking for?
 
We are looking for knowledge and prior experience in the following areas: 

•    Experience in developing processes and systems.
•    Strong background in requirement and functional definition.
•    Understanding of system development and application architecture, especially in banking business.
•    Good problem-solving skills.
•    Proactive mindset to look for solutions to problems.
•    Getting to know new things and areas carefully - sometimes the problems can be complex and require a "deep dive" into the logic of financial systems.
•    Excellent communication skills in English, Finnish skills are seen as an advantage.
•    Prior knowledge in OP's financial business processes and systems is considered as an advantage.
