Senior Solution Analyst, Cards System-team

We are looking for a new Senior Solution Analyst to join our System team in the Everyday Banking tribe. The position is based in Helsinki but remote work practices in Finland area are flexible. 


What is the role and team like? 

As a Solution Analyst, you will work as part of the Cards System Team and give guidance to the different teams while also working on more complicated tasks. Your responsibilities include a wide range of critical activities such as engaging with stakeholders to formulate functional requirements, analyzing and mapping relevant business processes and IT infrastructure, and conducting in-depth research on regulations that could influence solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, and organizational mandates.

You will also play a key role in proposing solutions aligned with organizational objectives, assisting in the design, development, and testing phases of these solutions. Furthermore, your responsibilities extend to overseeing quality assurance and deployment processes, as well as maintaining open communication by providing regular reports to stakeholders and senior IT leaders throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Ability to operate in an environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Perception of large entities and the ability to split the entity into smaller sub-entities

  • Previous experience with core system reforms that integrate the new system into the existing system environment

  • Good documentation skills (process, high level technical)

  • Experience from integrations: API interfaces, event-based integrations
